About Us

The PLAZA was built in 1985. The building is (17) floors of condominiums composed of a mixture of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units for a total of (220) units. A covered garage along with handicapped spaces in front of the building provide ample space for vehicle parking. Amenities include WiFi Broadband Internet, a heated outdoor pool with poolside tiki hut, kiddie pool, indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and game room. Television service is via DirecTV. An in-building restaurant and grill is located on the 1st floor. Staffed security is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round.
