IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PLAZA OWNERS

It is very important that you complete and return your proxy by October 8, 2007. Our by-laws require a quorum of 51% of the owners in order to conduct the annual meeting. THIS MEANS WE MUST HAVE 111 UNITS REPRESENTED IN PERSON OR BY PROXY TO HOLD THE ELECTION, PASS THE BUDGET AND CONDUCT ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAT COMES BEFORE THE MEMBERSHIP.

In the past we have had problems meeting our quorum requirement. If we do not have a quorum, the annual meeting will have to be rescheduled at considerable additional expense in both time and money for the Association and all owners, including those who send in proxies or attend the meeting.

All proxies must be filed with the Secretary for certification. If your proxy is assigned to another owner or person, a copy will be made and given to them on the day of the meeting.

IF YOU SHOULD ATTEND THE MEETING YOURSELF, your proxy will be returned to you when you register at the door.
