What do I need to bring?Bed linens(sheets, pillow cases), bath and kitchen towels, beach equipment (such as chairs, towels, toys, etc.), toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, trash bags, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, toiletries(toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.), hairdryer, DVDs/Videocassettes, suntan lotion, any required medicines.

How many parking spaces are allowed per unit?One reserved space in the garage, and a second optional space on 2nd level of the garage.
There is also an Ocean City Municipal Parking facility nearby.
Are pets allowed?No pets are allowed
Is high-speed Internet available?Yes - effective Summer 2007, wireless high-speed Internet is available. The service is provided through OceanNet, www.oceannet.us
Is the building handicap accessible?Yes - several handicap parking spaces, a motorized lift from the pool deck to 1st floor and other accomodations are available.
Does the PLAZA have recycling?Yes - there are recycling bins for glass, paper, newspapers, etc. located on the South side of the building
Are newspapers available?Yes - during the Summer season, newspaper dispensing machines are stocked and located on premise behind the main lobby. Daily & Sunday newspapers from Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and others are available.
